Ms. Rowzatul Zannat is the Chief Coordinator of the Junior School at Presidency International School, where she has been serving with dedication since 2005. With nearly 20 years of experience in education, she has played a vital role in the growth and development of the Junior School through her strong leadership and child-centered philosophy.
She places particular emphasis on early childhood education, applying effective methodologies that help tiny tots develop positive attitudes, good manners, and a love for learning through enthusiasm and joyful engagement. She works proactively with teachers to enhance their professional skills, providing continuous mentorship and guidance as a guardian of young learners. With a strong focus on child psychology, she trains teachers to build emotional intelligence, empathy, and care toward both students and colleagues, while also promoting teacher wellbeing through a supportive and nurturing work environment.
As the Convener of Junior School Admissions and a member of the academic committee, she contributes to strategic decision-making with professionalism and parent-friendly communication. She actively engages with parents to support children’s emotional and mental development. Additionally, she has attended numerous professional training programs organized by the British Council and Cambridge International, both at home and abroad.
